IAN is a heritage-listed mahogany yacht from 1928 that you hire with an experienced skipper for your own day on the water. You choose the date, the guests and the destination. We take care of the boat, the navigation and the seamanship.
Up to 12 guests, always private. The minimum booking is three hours, and we meet you where it suits you, from Nybrokajen in central Stockholm to a jetty out in the archipelago.
Skipper, fuel and seamanship are included in every charter.

The skipper is always included
Patrik Jacobsson is a certified master with a background in sea rescue (SSRS). You need no licence of your own and no responsibility for navigation, mooring or weather, sit back while we run the boat.
Choose your own route
You decide where the day goes. A morning around Fjäderholmarna and Vaxholm, a swim in a natural harbour, or a full day out towards Sandhamn, Grinda and Möja. We adapt the route and pace, and gladly stop for lunch, a swim or a restaurant visit.

IAN was designed by the legendary C G Pettersson and is one of few preserved motor cruisers of her kind. The carvel-built mahogany hull, the brass and the warm saloon offer a feeling no modern boat comes close to, and make the day just as fine whatever the weather.
Good to know
We operate throughout the Stockholm archipelago. Departure from Velamsund, Nacka, about 30 minutes from Nybrokajen, but we meet you at the jetty that suits you best.
